Exercise:
Our challenging and fun 1-hour Boot Camp sessions combine cardiovascular with resistance activities in an indoor/outdoor workout environment. Whether your goals are toning, weight-loss, increased endurance or strength, step outside of the box and experience a challenge that will makeover your mind as much as your body. In this program, you will do resistance exercises that simultaneously work several major muscle groups at a time - such as push-ups, squats, and lunges – along with cardio intervals – such as running, jumping jacks, and mountain climbers – to torch calories and quickly build muscle.
Nutrition:
The first step to making a permanent change is making your "normal" eating healthier. We realize that it can be daunting to plan healthy meals, so we’ve taken the guess-work out of equation. With the purchase of a Primal Bootcamp package, we provide our clients with a mix-and-match eating plan that will fuel your workouts and help you melt off unwanted pounds. We have compiled dozens of healthy and filling breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner options. Eat your way slim with this collection of easy, healthy recipes developed by registered dieticians. With this powerhouse eating plan and a sensible exercise routine, you can expect to lose 5-10 pounds per month.
Mindset:
Many people have struggled with their weight all of their lives. All too often, a fad or deprivation diet leads to temporary weight loss followed by weight gain. Most popular diets are unsuccessful in the long run because they fail to address the multi-faceted nature of what long-term weight loss entails.
