We have a number of customized personal training programs to help meet your needs. These include:


Sports-Specific Training

This program will improve your athletic performance through proper conditioning for your favorite sport. Sport Specific Training is not a type of training which teaches you how to play your sport better, but an instructional and interactive training that teaches you how to condition your body to perform at an optimal level to improve your sport performance. Not only will you benefit from the use of strength and conditioning techniques, but you will also learn how to prevent injury through safe and effective training. Your session will include such training methods as:

Weight Management

The only way to get truly physically fit is to exercise! This program is designed for clients who wish to make a lifestyle change and get rid of excess weight once and for all. Incorporate cardio, strength training, and an appropriate diet into your daily routine, and you'll start feeling the difference in no time. Remember, if you start working towards your goal, your body and your mind will follow.

Senior Fitness

People are living longer than ever before. A regular, safe fitness program is one of the best ways to improve the quality of your golden years. Our senior fitness program includes aerobics and muscular conditioning, along with exercises to stretch your body and promote good posture. Your fitness professional will conduct a full evaluation and then design a customized fitness plan that allows you to work your way up slowly.


Post-Physical Therapy

Returning to a fitness routine after completing physical therapy is extremely challenging both mentally and physically. We are here to bridge the gap between physical therapy and a return to your normal fitness routine. Working together with your therapist, we will create a routine that will complement your healing process plus get you back on the road to fitness.

Buddy Program

Primal’s ‘Buddy’ personal training packages allow you and your friend, co-worker or family to get in shape together, support one another, and share the expense.
